RHONDA SPENCE

Meet Kerrie

For years, I’ve worked with female leaders, creatives, and changemakers who were ticking all the boxes of success. But still felt disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck.

As a coach, mentor, and intuitive guide, I’ve always trusted the wisdom of the body. But it wasn’t until I trained in somatic coaching and breathwork that it all truly landed: real, lasting change doesn’t start in the mind - it begins in the nervous system.

Like many women, I reached a point in peri-menopause where pushing through just wasn’t an option anymore. My body was calling for something deeper: rest, regulation, and radical self-connection.

Now I blend traditional coaching with body-based practices like breathwork, movement, and somatic enquiry. Because when we learn to listen to the body, we unlock clarity, safety, and a sense of coming home to ourselves.

This is more than reaching goals. It’s about living in a way that honours your energy, your rhythm, and your truth.

If that resonates, I’d love to walk alongside you.

Because, in my humble opinion, this is what TRUE SUCCESS looks and feels like.
